17. Post balance sheet events Apart from the Covid-19 crisis and its potential macro impact (as noted in the Directors’ Report) there are no other material post balance sheet events. 18. Contingent liabilities There are no contingent liabilities at 31 December 2020. 19. Company structure The company is limited by guarantee and does not have a share capital. 20. Controlling parties The company is controlled by its members.
