Financial Statements 18. Post balance sheet events Since the balance sheet date of 31 December 2024, the directors have become aware of a material decline in the fair value of an investment held by the company. The fair value of the investment has fallen by approximately €450,000 as a result of changes in market conditions occurring after the reporting date. This event is classified as a non-adjusting post balance sheet event under FRS 102, Section 32, as it reflects circumstances that did not exist at the balance sheet date. Accordingly, no adjustment has been made to the carrying value of the investment in the financial statements as at 31 December 2024. 19. Contingent liabilities There are no contingent liabilities at 31 December 2024. 20. Company structure The company is limited by guarantee and does not have a share capital. 21. Consolidated Accounts exemption In accordance with Section 297 of the Companies Act 2014, the company is availing of exemption from the preparation of consolidated financial statements on the basis of size. 22. Controlling parties The company is controlled by its members.
