Originally from Nottingham, Duncan has a wealth of experience in Irish retail since his arrival in Cork in 1996 where he spent 2 years with Marks and Spencer in Cork before relocating to Dublin. In 1999, he moved to Brown Thomas in Grafton Street where he spent 3 years as General Manager before taking on a role as CEO in the fashion industry.  Duncan spent 8 years as Retail Director for Specsavers covering Ireland, Scotland and Spain.
