Philip L’Estrange
Philip L’Estrange is a graduate of UCD (BComm and MSc in Digital Innovation). Philip has 35 years’ experience including semiconductor manufacturing and major infrastructural projects in the areas of public transport and the 3rd level education sector.
Philip is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds an MBA from DCU, a Professional Certificate in Corporate Governance from the IPA, and an Advanced Diploma in Public Procurement Law from the Kings Inns.
Philip is currently Director of Finance and Corporate Services at the National Transport Authority and has previously held senior positions with Intel Ireland, the National Roads Authority, and the Grangegorman Development Agency.
Philip has significant experience in Finance, Corporate Governance, Major Project Implementations, Public Procurement and Strategic Planning.
