In Q3 2025, we upgraded to the latest version of DeskPro Horizon. We also upgraded to TITAN 9.4.2, which included system updates for various fixes/security patches.

As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, we are conducting a network hardware refresh. Maintenance windows will be required; however, no outages are planned in Q4.

DeskPro Community Hub
We want to remind Registrars about the .ie Community Hub in DeskPro, which can be used to share ideas or submit questions, suggestions, feature requests or bug fixes. These will be visible for other users to comment on. This enables us to gather ideas directly from you to help improve our products and services. It can be used to enable users to collaborate, discuss and help each other.
