At .IE, we wholeheartedly believe in creating and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our team, and for visitors to our work space.

As Pride month unfolds, we are delighted to express our support for the LGBTQ+ community, LGBTQ+ allies and of course for our LGBTQ+ colleagues at .IE. We celebrate the journey together towards equality.

.IE is committed to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, creating an atmosphere of acceptance and respect for all.

We embrace the richness that diversity brings to our company. We recognise that a diverse team encourages and enables innovation, creativity and collaboration. As part of our commitment to inclusivity, we value and respect every individual’s unique identity.

We are proud of the suite of comprehensive wellbeing policies in place, all of which are in line with our HR Policy Development Framework, a structured, team-focussed consultative engagement process. These include our dignity at work, equal opportunities and gender transition policies, to name a few.

To further support our LGBTQ+ staff and indeed all members of the team, we provide access to an excellent confidential 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme via Laya Healthcare.

As we celebrate Pride, we look onwards beyond the month of June, focussing our collective efforts on creating a more inclusive world. We continue as a company and as individuals, to carry and wave the flag, to champion diversity and equality and the fundamental right of every individual not just within our own team but also within the community we serve.
